Terms of use
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms cover this website and taking part in the private beta. A separate agreement will cover the application itself when it is released; we will send it to beta participants before there is anything to install, rather than after.
The website
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate, but everything here describes software under active development, and plans change. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of a feature, or a commitment to a release date.
The beta
- Joining the list is a request, not an entitlement. We may invite in any order, and we may not be able to invite everyone.
- Beta software is unfinished software. Expect defects, expect changes, and do not rely on it as your only copy of anything important until we tell you it is safe to.
- We may change or discontinue features during the beta. Where a change affects data you have already entered, we will say so.
- You can leave at any time, and ask us to delete your record. See Privacy.
- Founder pricing. Beta participants who contribute places or lessons keep founder pricing for as long as they maintain a continuous account. If we change prices later, that rate stays. If we ever cannot honour it, we will say so before charging anyone anything.
What you contribute
Places, notes and lessons you contribute stay yours. By contributing them you give us permission to store them, to include them in the shared place library, and to show them to other families — with your household’s identity and anything about your children kept out of it. You can withdraw a contribution; we will remove it from the library, though we cannot recall copies other families have already downloaded for offline use.
Only contribute material you have the right to contribute. Do not upload photographs of other people’s children.
Safety, and a plain warning
This product suggests real places and real outdoor activities. You are the adult present, and the judgement is yours. The generator enforces rules about water, fire, supervision and age — but no software knows that the trail is icy today or that your three-year-old did not sleep. Check conditions, obey posted rules and park regulations, and do not do anything an activity card suggests if it is wrong for your family in that moment.
Collecting rocks, plants, fossils or artefacts is illegal in national park units and in many other protected areas. The generator refuses to suggest it, but you are still responsible for what you and your children do.
Not legal or educational advice
Nothing here or in the application is legal advice. Homeschool requirements vary by state and change. Check your own state’s rules, and speak to someone qualified if anything about your situation is unusual.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or of beta software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We will date any change to these terms here and notify beta participants of material ones. Questions: support@fueledandschooled.app.
